4. What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit typically includes a full dental exam, X-rays, and a cleaning (if appropriate). We’ll also discuss your oral health goals and create a personalized treatment plan.
5. How often should I get a dental cleaning and exam?
Most patients benefit from a cleaning and exam every six months. However, some may need more frequent visits based on their oral health needs.
6. What should I do in a dental emergency?
Call us immediately. We offer emergency dental care and do our best to see you the same day for issues like severe tooth pain, broken teeth, or lost fillings/crowns. If we are not able to help you, please call 911.
7. Do you treat children?
Yes, we provide dental care for the whole family, including children starting at 10 years old.
8. Do you offer teeth whitening?
Yes! We offer in-office professional whitening.
9. What payment options do you offer?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and most dental insurance plans. We also offer third-party financing options like CareCredit.
10. Can I get a same-day appointment?
We do our best to accommodate same-day appointments, especially for emergencies. Please call us as early as possible.
11. What if I’m nervous or have dental anxiety?
You’re not alone. We offer gentle care to help you feel relaxed and comfortable during your visit.
12. Do you provide orthodontic (braces or Invisalign) care?
No, at this time.
13. How can I maintain good oral health at home?
Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, floss daily, limit sugary foods and drinks, and visit the dentist regularly for checkups and cleanings.
14. Does your staff speak any languages other than English?
Yes! We are a multi-lingual team, and can help you in Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Spanish, Italian or Arabic.
15. Do you offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) sedation?
No, but we offer general anesthesia.
